1. Service Satisfaction
We strive to provide excellent service on every job. If you are not satisfied with the plumbing services provided, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will work with you to address any issues and ensure your satisfaction.
2. Workmanship Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If a problem occurs due to our workmanship within [X days/months] of service completion, we will return to address the issue at no additional cost to you.
3. Parts and Materials
a. Manufacturer Defects: If a part or material we installed proves to be defective, we will replace it at no cost to you within the manufacturer’s warranty period.

– Services not performed as agreed in the written estimate
– Damage to property caused directly by our services (excluding pre-existing conditions)
– Failure to resolve issues covered under our workmanship guarantee

c. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis and respond within 5 business days.
d. If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days.
6. Non-Refundable Charges
The following charges are non-refundable:
– Diagnostic or inspection fees
– Emergency call-out fees
– Partial refunds on bundled services
7. Cancellations
a. If you cancel a scheduled service with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee may apply.
b. If our technician arrives at your location and is unable to perform the service due to circumstances beyond our control, a service call fee may be charged.

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
